Yoga and Pilates
The word “yoga” means “to come together” and by practicing yoga outside in nature, we connect with our roots. It restores our spirit and enhances us if we are feeling depleted.
Practicing yoga together as a community in such a beautiful outdoor space can boost confidence and wellbeing. The Hatha yoga practice, which is a nice gentle flowing practice, brings the group together, connecting not just within the self but with nature around us.

Pilates - Fridays 9.30am. Free 12 week prgramme through GP referral

Our Medicinal Garden
The Medicinal Garden is a haven tucked away from the hard graft going on elsewhere on the Community Garden! Filled with herbs and flowering plants with medicinal properties, its somewhere to pick some mint or chamomile for your cup of tea, or somewhere to just rest your bones on our arbour seat and take in the scent of thyme and lavender.
Look out for seasonal workshops to learn how to make cold remedies, healing balms and teas to help with sleeplessness or anxiety.
